Words about Loneliness
Everyone is lonely, more or less
We are lonely because
Inside us lives only one.
Less lonely are those
Who hold a hand, who meet a look
Who know they have somebody
to be lonely together with.
Most lonely are those who only become
taken hand of,
Who get means, but not care,
Nourishment, but not love
- who are alone with their silent shout
after a hand, a look, a solidarity.
So lonely should no one be in a world
where it shall exist almost too many of us…
